At HSD Backdrops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the custom nature of our printed backdrops, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original condition. Please note that custom designs and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll the backdrop to avoid creasing and place it back in its original heavy-duty shipping tube to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse facility for inspection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team verifies the backdrop is free of damage or wear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a standard 20% restocking fee.
