What materials are your backdrops made of?
We offer a variety of high-quality materials including vinyl, poly paper, and fabric. Each material is chosen for its durability, glare-resistant properties, and vibrant color reproduction to ensure professional results.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and printed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
Can I request a custom size or design?
Absolutely! We love custom projects. Please contact our support team with your specific dimensions or high-resolution artwork, and we will provide a custom quote for your unique backdrop.
How do I remove wrinkles from my backdrop?
For fabric backdrops, a handheld steamer works best. For vinyl or poly paper, we recommend laying them flat or rolling them tightly around a tube for 24 hours. Never iron vinyl directly.
What is your return policy?
Since our backdrops are printed to order, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
